Our client is a leading provider of Customer Engagement Software for Financial Service Organizations. Their Customer Engagement Platform helps financial institutions digitize their client experience, communicate more effectively throughout the client lifecycle and improve cross sell and upsell activities to drive increased wallet share.
Right now our client has their eyes on the prize. They have an aggressive revenue goal over the next five years and to meet it they are focused on breaking into the US wealth management and banking markets. The potential at this client, is huge, and they are seeking want energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated people to join their teams.

To that end, they are expanding, and they need a Technical Implementation Specialist to help sustain that growth by creating content that turns prospects into users.

The .Net Implementation Specialist/Technical Consultant will work with their client and the leading products and solutions in order to meet the business requirements and customer expectations. This role will work with clientele, BA’s and project teams to configure new implementations, implement upgrades, create reports, report on applications and be involved in custom projects and level 2 support. The candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently or among a diverse team of cross-functional members and customers.

Here’s what you will do:
• Work with project teams to define customer requirements and generate product solutions, including enterprise product implementations and upgrades.
• Create customized reports utilizing Microsoft reporting services and according to customer specification.
• Create custom data-keying ASP.NET pages based on client specifications.
• Be responsible for database scripting and import/export services with MS SQL Data structures.
• Be committed to the team, effort and focus on delivering customer centric solutions to the client base.
• Be involved in level 2 support activities as required.
• Be accountable to deliver a target of revenue generating billable service hours.
