Our client is looking for a positive, upbeat and professional individual who is looking to join a forward thinking and growing company!   Our client - Welker & Associates is a group of professionals passionate about making a difference in people's lives by giving them more control over their personal debt, finances, building credit and offering them a fresh start!

The individual in this position provides administrative support to their Estate Administrators as well as assists with reception duties. They need someone who ranks "Rock-Solid" customer service as their number one priority!

Role Responsibilities:
• Preparing reports required to administer client files
• Reviewing client files and contacting clients regarding compliance issues
• Booking follow-up meetings and counselling sessions on behalf of Estate Administrators and Trustees
• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the telephone system and providing superior customer service
• Answering customer and creditor inquiries and escalating as required
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing couriers and daily mail
• Distributing faxes and internal correspondence
• Sending notices to creditors, debtors and other parties
• Contacting clients and others regarding outstanding issues
• Providing administrative support to management and staff as required
• Coordinating office events and various engagements as necessary
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word
• Completion of high school. Post-secondary courses or diploma would be considered an asset

Working Conditions:

• Kitchener office
• Some possible local travel from time to time
