Our client, Copernicus Educational Products is seeking a Customer Solutions Ninja. To be a good fit, not only do you mesh with the above, but you hate being micro-managed, you actively seek problems and drive solutions; you are not afraid to be inquisitive and are open minded and flexible. You have a deep desire break down barriers and make things happen. Bottom line: You are bursting at the seams with creativity, the desire to learn, contribute, grow and lead.

Besides living and breathing all the hip stuff above, how about jumping in and driving the below:

• Be the primary point of contact and own customer inquiries from start to finish, responding and documenting details
• Utilize stealth mode to effectively communicate with their various departments to coordinate and trouble shoot solutions, resolve issues and complete daily missions
• Use your creative problem solving skills to combat barriers and drive solutions
• Be their warrior and promoter of second-to-none Customer Service
• Secretly work to develop and maintain a broad understanding of all our company products and their applications within the education market
• Develop your ability to prepare freight quotes, service orders, return authorizations and customer correspondence
• Prepare for special projects and detailed reporting; update and maintain various databases and procedures
• Proactively manage call centre, voicemails and recorded greetings and be ready to provide back up to other departments as required
To really nail this opportunity, we will be looking for:
• Mind-blowing professional verbal and written communication skills
• Your analytical and process driving abilities and expertise at managing and defusing difficult situations
• Proven time management and organizational abilities
• 2-3 years of Ninja expertise related to Customer Service, decision making, problem solving and people skills
• Post secondary education
