Our growing family-owned and operated dental custom cabinet manufacturing client is seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to their dynamic team! Our client is a market leader in offering custom dental cabinets to their clientele. They have a fantastic team that works hard together to produce these works of art and as result, provide a product and service that is second to none.


The ideal candidate for this position is someone with proven experience in the customer service field, someone who is comfortable utilizing a CRM system, is professional, diplomatic, friendly and patient and dedicated to stellar customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Office related products i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Utilize CRM system (training will be provided on their proprietary product)
• Preparation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
• Data entry
• Preparation of and correspondence with customers
• Collect and analyze customer information, compile reports
• Generate leads
• Build sustainable relationships with clientele
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up
• Record management
• Assist with orders as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Punctual with a positive “can-do” attitude and good work ethic
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills including with diplomacy
• Ability to work independently
• 2+ years experience in related duties in a customer service role
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in written form

Hours of work Monday - Friday 8 – 4:30.

Rate of Pay: $22 per hour, benefits after successfully passing 3 month probation
