Looking for a Customer Service/Order Entry position in Guelph? Our client is a fantastic small but growing company offering a great and stable place to work!

We are looking for a motivated individual with the right mix of experience and skill set to join our client’s team of professionals.
This position provides customer service support to the organization by answering customer questions, obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner and setting up new accounts and products in the database system. This role will also initiate and/or implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Entry of customer orders into our software program
• Customer service
• Correspond with customers via phone or email
• Assist customers with inquires, requests and concerns via phone and email
• Filing & archiving
• Providing customers with requested documentation
• Investigating shipping errors, billing errors or other
• Assist sales team with quotes
• Process sample requests
• Answering phones
• Other related duties as required or assigned

• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Superior time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with a positive attitude
