We are looking for a positive, upbeat and professional individual who is looking to join a forward thinking and growing company! The individual in this position provides administrative support to the office and ranks "Rock-Solid" customer service as their number one priority!

Reception Duties:

• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the telephone system and providing superior customer service
• Answering customer and creditor inquiries and escalating as required
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing administrative support to management and staff as required
• Other duties as assigned


Administrative Duties:

• Data entry
• Filing
• Mail/fax processing
• Assistance with New File Setup process -as required
• Report generation
• Contact debtors to follow up as required
• Administrative support to Trustees and co-workers
• Distribute and collect tax documents and respond to inquiries from clients and CRA
• Organize tax folders, and print completed returns for delivery to CRA
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills including software packages like Microsoft Office
• Superior customer service
• Ability to pick up new software packages quickly
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organized, detail oriented
• Ability to work well within a team environment, independently and with minimal supervision
• Superior problem solving and judgment skills
• Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
• Understanding of statutory requirements for bankruptcy and insolvency is an asset but not required
• Post-secondary diploma – if in administration, accounting/finance it would be an asset
• 2+ years in a similar role is an asset

Working Conditions:

• Kitchener office, small office environment
